We offer flexible options to best meet each child’s needs, including sessions in-home, in-clinic, at schools, or virtually.

Navigating Insurance & Reimbursement
Whole Child Occupational Therapy is an out-of-network provider, allowing us to offer highly individualized, relationship-based care that is guided by your child's unique needs, rather than the limitations often set by insurance plans. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement. Families may also use their Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) funds for out-of-pocket costs.If you have questions about how superbills work or would like support navigating this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
