Occupational Therapy

Supporting the whole child - at home, at school, and beyond

We provide Occupational Therapy services to help children build the skills they need to participate more fully and confidently in everyday life, including:

  • Sensory Regulation

  • Big Body Movement and Coordination

  • Handwriting and fine motor skill development

  • Emotional awareness, regulation, and coping skills

  • Self-care and daily living skills

  • Play and Social Skills

  • Confidence, independence, and participation across home, school, and community settings

Our Approach:

At Whole Child Occupational Therapy, we take a holistic, child-centered approach that recognizes the connection between body, emotions, and environment. Therapy is individualized, play-based when appropriate, and grounded in trauma-informed care. We use evidence-based practices — including sensory integration, reflex integration, mindfulness, and movement — to support regulation and skill development. Families are active partners, and we prioritize practical strategies that translate into everyday life.
