Our goal is to partner with families and help navigate available options so each child can receive the support they need to thrive.

Navigating Insurance & Reimbursement

Whole Child Occupational Therapy is an out-of-network provider, allowing us to offer highly individualized, relationship-based care that is guided by your child's unique needs, rather than the limitations often set by insurance plans. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement. Families may also use their Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) funds for out-of-pocket costs. If you have questions about how superbills work or would like support navigating this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help and guide you through your options.
